  When I arrived, the man working had already begun cleaning up shop, he had all the toppings put away in the fridge. When I walked in he said, "Are you the one that ordered from that stupid app?" and when I replied "yes, I'm not from around here", he YELLED AT ME! He was furious that he had to stay a few minutes longer than what he was going to. Which I thought was odd because why was this man closing the store before its supposed to close? Then he proceeded to "toast" my sub in the microwave because he said he wasn't going to wait for the oven to turn on after turning it off. He made my sub using hardly any toppings. His phone started ringing and he told me "You see? Because of you, my wife is wondering where I am." When I asked for honey mustard and mayo, he put regular mustard on my sandwich, I then had to ask two more times to get the correct sauce because he was in such a rush.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Staff didn't listen, made our meals wrong, took forever and charged anyway - no apologies and were upset with us because we asked for new meals...terrible. Don't waste your time.

  I was travelling up north and was staying in a Hotel in Parry Sound and needed to grab dinner. Being from the city, I was not sure as to what restaurants in the area were good so I decided a sub was fine. I have the Subway App on my phone, so naturally I checked when the store closed (It said 9:30pm) so I ordered around 8:45 and it said to pick up the sub around 9:05pm.

  Staff isn't friendly they're. I've gone there a few times and every time they seem very irritated that I want to buy a sub from them. Not pleased with they're customer service.

  Needless to say, my sub went hard because of the microwave, I ate half of it and tossed the rest in the trash.

  The two other subways in Parry Sound are great, so if you want some subway I recommend the other 2.

  Don't get me wrong, I love Subway...but my experience here was terrible.
