  Highly recommend LeBlanc's Ok Tire for purchasing tires, automotive repairs and maintenance. Dave and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, helpful. They will accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities, explain everything to you about your vehicle, anything wrong with it and if possible, physically show you and explain to you what's wrong. In addition to great customer service, they always have the best pricing and deals in town.

  I got a flat tire as I left our cottage rental at the end of summer. Knew I was in trouble and needed help quick. Made some calls to other places. It was a Saturday and everyone I spoke to couldn't help ... and that included Canadian Tire. Everyone told me to come back Monday (I would have had to rent a hotel room ... crazy!) When I called OK, said they were full, but to bring it in anyways and they'd see what they could do. Dave personally took care of me and even though I didn't have an appointment. He took front tire off and told me that the tire was too badly damaged to patch and would need a new one, but they didn't have it in stock. So he suggested that they put the spare I had on the back tire and move the back tire to the front since my car's a front wheel drive and I had to drive over 4 hrs to get home. All this and the bill came to $36. He even made sure all the tires had enough air in them before I left. Dave literally saved me and I would highly recommend him and his team. Don't believe the other review about not being helpful, they knew I was in a tough spot and they stepped up to help. Super honest, and super service. While there I met another customer who lives near Barry and drives to Parry Sound to get his tires serviced by this team. Parry Sound is lucky to have this business in their community. Thanks Dave!
