  Nobody should have to drive, and hour out of there way to a different town, just too apply for a passport. Worst service ever, disrespectful, ignorant ... Perhaps, Parry sound staff needs some training Thank you to the staff in Bracebridge, for making it very easy.

  We realized we had to go to Toronto to get it done, but we wanted to stop into our local Service Canada to speak with someone in person to make sure we had all the appropriate paper work before we drove the 2 hours.

  The woman we spoke with was rude and intimidating for no reason. She made us feel like we would be 'lucky' to get an express passport process approved because we were driving and didn't have a plane ticket to show our reasoning for the request. Also she was generally rude and unpleasant. We got to Service Canada Toronto and the representative was very nice. To put a rush on the processing was not a big deal at all. We had to pay a fee which we expected and that was that. We had an extremely worried and stressful drive for nothing. Very bad experience, not impressed with our local office. Customer service and being a nice human being goes a long way.

  We had a very unpleasant experience. My husband needed to get his passport renewed in a rush because we were going on vacation within a week and we didn't realize it had expired.

  Went in to apply for my passport. It was the middle of the day on a Friday in November. There was no wait and they were friendly and helpful.
